I just LOVE the products. They always fit an feel great. The materials are lovely. I thought by now I would be trying some new brands, just for the diversity. But KAI keeps popping out with new things witch is amazing

What a team! Had an issue with a duplicate order and before the item was dispatched I contacted KAI on their email address. Abbie at lightening speed corrected my order and refunded me all before 9am!! The response was so quick and nothing was too much trouble! I look forward to receiving my correct order now with no stress on returning my duplicate and extra postage costs and waiting longer for my refund. KAI is now my preffered site to buy on.
